Uninstal AutoCAD using 'Remove AutoCAD', then remove the files called adskflex_XXXXXXXX_tsf.data and adskflex_XXXXXXXX_tsf.data_backup.001, they are located under '/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/FLEXNet/' be-careful to not delete other items that might be in this folder (Adobe and other Apps use FLEXNet).

Delete Trash Can, Re-install using included directions and DO NOT try to Activate as this step is not needed."
