In Geomagic Qualify supports multiprocessor computer systems, the interaction with almost all scanners and three-dimensional digitizing devices, as well as import data capture in various formats.
The program is convenient and clearly realized the ability to control linear and angular dimensions as on the plane and in space, as well as deviations of the form and arrangement of surfaces in accordance with the requirements of the drawing. Geomagic Qualify has a large number of tools for point cloud and CAD-models for combining and comparing the graphics in the form of a color palette of deviations.
Geomagic Qualify enables fast and easy to create different types of reports, from simple to detailed. The program also implemented a powerful automated reporting function that allows to save a large amount of time spent on processing the results. Various report formats such as HTML, PDF, MS Word, MS Excel and CSV, designed to meet all the requirements for registration, the customer requirements.
In the software package Geomagic Qualify implemented the ability to automate processes by using templates, macros, and also write their own software modules in the languages of Visual Basic, C, C or Java. There are ample opportunities to create triangulated surfaces, filling holes in them, taking into account the curvature of the surface.
There are tools for editing polygon smoothing, the use of logical operations (intersection, union, subtraction), and printing. The program automatically determines a plane, cylinder, axis, circular and rectangular holes and slots. Geomagic Studio enables both manual and fully automatically, creating NURBS surfaces.
