The new version of Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility. The package is a driver for Intel chipsets from the manufacturer. The system users install INF-files that define the configuration of the chipset components necessary for the proper functioning of the PCI, ISAPNP, AGP, IDE/ATA33/ATA66, USB, etc. and their precise identification in the Device Manager.

This software also offers a set of command line flags, which provide additional installation choices. The command line flags are not case sensitive. INF files outline to the operating system how to configure the Intel(R) chipset components in order to ensure that the following features function properly:
