If you do not set the default theme for Windows 7 then this should do the following

1. Copy the contents of the folder with the subject in (usually) C: \ Windows \ Resources \ Themes.
2. Through the control panel and a popup menu, select "Personalize" and run the theme.
Usually this kind hvataet.Izmenyaetsya "Start" menu, buttons: minimize, maximize, close, color windows and menus.
