Windows Performance Analyzer (WPA) is a tool that generates graphs and data tables for event tracking Windows (ETW) events that are registered Windows Performance Recorder (WPR), Xpef, or assessment, which runs in the evaluation platform. WPA can either open the trace log of events (ETL) file for later analysis.
